29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. Location: 1 Colony Road Jersey City, NJ 07305 - warehouse a) Employees exposed to struck by hazards while performing forklift and pallet shrink wrap operations without observing staged palletized equipment and industrial vehicles during the direction of travel, resulting in a collision. The incident occurred on or about 11/24/21.
