29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8): Electrical equipment was not mounted and secured on the structure it was affixed: 8860 Pershall Road, Hazelwood Processing area: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous electrical conditions where the employees are permitted to use electrical equipment which was not mounted to a structure. On and about 08/19/2021, employees operated electrical equipment which was powered from an unmounted duplex outlet that was not mounted to a structure. The employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
