29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) On or about 7/16/2021, the Sepp Haggenmuller Multivac M855D "Egg processing" machine (SN: 658/012) was not guarded at the point of operation where the packaged eggs are cut come out of the machine. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
