29 CFR 1910.217(f)(2):Supervision to ensure that correct operating procedures were being followed on mechanical power press(es) was inadequate: (a) On June 14, 2021, and at times prior, for the employee's exposed to amputation hazards on a full revolution punch press (serial #6-4711 or company asset 32) where the company allowed the use of an inadequate frontal guard over the manufacturers pullback system in the production area at 2331 North 42nd Street, Grand Forks, North Dakota.
