29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i):Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Jobsite located at 5000 S. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA - 19112: The employer did not ensure that electrical protective equipment was being used by employees who conduct troubleshooting operations inside energized (480V) HVAC control panels thus exposing employees to electrical hazards. An employee suffered severe injuries after coming in contact with an energized (480V) exposed conductor while attempting to obtain voltage readings. Noted on or about March 4, 2021.
