29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. (a) Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., North Air Dryer - On or about November 4, 2020, employees installing a valve on the intake header of the air dryer had not received authorized employee training, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard.
