29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) This violation occurred on or about September 18, 2020, at the work place located at 4117 Pinnacle Point Drive, Dallas, in the 40 line production department, where employees using a Swage machine were exposed to an amputation hazard.
