29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident. On or about September 4, 2020, employees and management officials received potential occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials while cleaning droplets and pool(s) of blood following a work related accident involving a hand injury on an Omar Hinge Boring-Inserting Machine/Drill Panel in the Production Area. The employer did not ensure that the Hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series were made available and offered to the employees with occupational exposures to bloodborne hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
