29 CFR 1910.217(c)(5)(i): The employer shall use a control system and a brake monitor which comply with paragraphs (b)(13) and (14) of this section; On or about August 31, 2020, the #13 Federal Press Company, 75-OBI did not have a control system and brake monitor installed when employee's were required to place hands in die exposing employees to crushing hazards.
