29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): At the jobsite located at 399 Silver Dollar City Parkway, Branson, Missouri 65616, employees were exposed to serious struck-by hazards. The horn on the CASE 586H forklift was found to be defective. The forklift had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition.
