29 CFR 1926.251(a)(1):Rigging equipment for material handling was not inspected prior to use on each shift and as necessary during its use to ensure that it was safe: On or about July 16, 2020 at 4630 Chambers Road in Macon Georgia, employees using rigging equipment to lift a sign during repairs were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the rigging equipment used, was safe, and inspected for defects and removed from service.
