29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable the employee to recognize the fall hazards and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: On or about July 10, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while installing concrete hollow core planks without being trained on the Guardian Velocity Retractable Lanyard, Model 42002, which was not manufactured and designed for use at a leading edge.
