29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. Production Area: On or about June 25, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards, in that the employer did not develop control of hazardous energy (lockout/tagout) procedures for the composition notebook machine, Machine 18, and implement those procedures when replacing trim blades.
