29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a) Bus Parking Lot - The employer did not erect or display caution signs to warn employees of the potential struck-by hazards when walking near moving School Busses. An employee suffered severe injuries after being struck by another moving school bus when walking across the parking lot. Observed on or about 18 MAR 2020.
