29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Quality Control Laboratory Area: On or about May 26, 2020, and at times thereto, employees performing quality control testing and sampling operations were exposed to chemical hazards while handling products such as, but not limited to, sodium hydroxide 50% solution, without an effective means to facilitate the flushing and removal of the chemical.
