29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) #5 Pickler - On or about 5/29/2020, while employees were performing maintenance on the #5 Pickler machine, neither the #1 pump nor the valves that controls 2000 psi hydraulic pressure were shut off and locked out exposing employees to the unintentional pressurization of the hydraulic system.
