29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: (a) On or about May 8, 2020, at the skim oil recovery tanks, employees who were exposed to a fall hazard during disassembly of a catwalk were not trained on the recognition and identification of fall hazards in their work area and the procedures to be followed to prevent falls.
