29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation Transit Knuckle Area: On February 12, 2020, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that authorized employees did not receive training on the recognition of all applicable hazardous energy sources present in the OKK HM600 CNC machine. Authorized employees also did not receive training on how to properly isolate and control all such energy sources.
