29 CFR 1926.300(c): Employees using hand and power tools and exposed to the hazard of falling, flying, abrasive, or splashing objects, or exposed to harmful dusts, fumes, mists, vapors, or gases were not provided with the particular personal protective equipment. At 317 Morning Line Drive, Naples, Florida, 34102: On or about 1/21/2020 and at times prior, an employee was operating a gasoline-powered chop-saw to cut a cast iron pipe, during which the employer had not provided and the employee was not wearing a face-shield; thereby exposing the employee to a struck-by and laceration hazards.
