29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area. On or about September 9, 2019, at the jobsite located at 1406 North State Road 7 Margate, FL 33063, the employer did not provide training for employees who were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, Carbon Dioxide Solid (dry ice), inhalation and burns while transporting and entering the cooler where the dry ice is stored.
