29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): Before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who was required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart. a. At site located on 4600 Dardanelle Drive in Orlando, FL. Employee engaged in the disassembly of a paint booth while standing on top of the booth fell 8 feet to the ground. Employer did not provide training on fall hazard recognition and protection, as observed on or about September 9, 2019.
