29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about 5/7/19, at a jobsite located at 473 N. County Road, West Palm Beach, FL, employees pouring concrete in formwork were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8ft due to lack of base plates and mud sills on a two-tier scaffold. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
