29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about March 27, 2019, and times prior thereto, the employer did not provide an eyewash and shower in the immediate work area where corrosive material was being used. Employees were potentially exposed to severe skin and eye irritation and burns when rinsing the hydrated lime slurry trailers at the end of the shift.
