29 CFR 1926.502(d): Personal fall arrest systems and their use did not comply with the provisions set forth in paragraphs (1) through (24) of this section: (a) 38 Canal Court, Gulfport MS 39501 - On or about March 29, 2019, the employer did not provide adequate personal fall arrest systems for employees exposed to fall hazards while installing blown insulation in the attic during residential construction which resulted in an employee falling approximately 11 feet through ceiling and was hospitalized.
