29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 3214 Market House Lane Mechanicsburg, PA - An employee was insulating walls on a 3 story residential apartment home at the foyer without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 22 feet to the lower level, on or about March 20, 2019. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date.
