29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) a) On or about Aug 22, 2018 the employer did not develop a adequate written program for employees conducting painting operations within 3302 B Cell paint booth utilizing paint thinner Y32035 which contained hazardous chemical Methyl ethyl ketone in that the program was missing: A written list of hazardous chemicals known to be present, written methods the employer will use to inform employee of non-routine tasks, written methods the employer will use to inform employee of hazardous associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their work area, and written methods of how criteria specified in paragraphs F, and H will be met.
