29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) For employees working at the site on or about August 15, 2018. Employees were working on the second floor installing wood framing. Employees were using a stairwell located in the rear of the home that was not equipped with a handrail. Employees exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 10 feet
