29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): When and where energized circuits existed, the employer failed to post and maintain proper warning signs, advise employees of the location, hazard involved and the proper protective measures to be taken: (a) Location: 5th floor West end suite: On or about April 30, 2018, prior to the work, the employer did not determine if live energized circuits were located where employees may come into contact during their work or post warning signs advising employees of the presence of energized circuits in the unit.
