29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: Employees engaged in operating/running the elevator activities at the East and West Annex floor were exposed to fire hazards in case of emergency and power loss in that the emergency door was locked by a bolt. Employees were exposed to egress hazards in that the exit route door required removal of a tool to open. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
