29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: (a) Ranger Energy Services, SRCGCC10VD API 05-123-34541, Aims Pad, Greeley, CO 80632: On and preceding 5/30/17, the employer did not provide training to include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in their work area. Employees performed rigging up and nippling up procedures for a well site and tank battery site. The employer did not adequately train employees about the methods and observations used to detect chemical hazards in the workplace, such as, but not limited to benzene and other hydrocarbons. This condition exposed employees to chemical and respiratory hazards.
