29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: Commercial building under construction; North Side, Genie Aerial Lift (Model: S40, Equipment Rental Number: 105349), On or about August 27, 2015, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet in height to the unpaved ground below, when installing a metal overhang frame on a commercial building while standing on the mid and top rails of the aerial lift.
