229 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: On or about November 12, 2020, and at times prior thereto, in the trailer tank cleaning area, employees were required to wear Honeywell / North brand half face tight fitting respirators while cleaning out trailer tanks without having been fit tested.
