29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2)(b): The employer did not identify a document as a certification of hazard assessment: 391 St. Jude Industrial Park, Marston, Cast House: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where job hazard assessment is not conducted before employees are assigned welding tasks. On and about 12/22/2021, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards where there was no certified document to show that hazard assessment was conducted. Welding of a crucible was conducted in a new location for the first time.
