29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: "As referenced in 29CFR 1910.27(a)." a.) Champion Modular, Inc. //Rolling Platform Scaffold// - On or about 5/28/21, after the scaffold had partially tipped, the scaffolds were being inspected, moved, and erected under the direction of personnel had not received scaffold training to a level to be a competent person. b.) Champion Modular, Inc. //Rolling Platform Scaffold// - On or about 5/28/21, after the scaffold had partially tipped, several employees who were moving and erecting scaffolding, had not been provided with scaffold training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
