29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1)(iii)(A): Operating procedures did not address properties of, and hazards presented by, the chemicals used in the process: a) Assembly Department, Hydra Room - On or about March 13, 2019, the operating procedures for removing a M84 Detonator from a Rotor did not address the properties of and hazards presented by the explosive components of the M84 Electric Detonator Assembly. These hazards and vulnerabilities would include, but are not limited to, electronic frequencies, hazard class division, reactivity, stability, static discharge, and storage compatibility.
