29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: On or about February 8, 2023, at 9400 NW 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while installing electrical wires inside a train cab in close proximity to a 480-volt electrical panel that was not deenergized.
