29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. a) At the construction site located in suite 2450 at 101 E Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL: on or about 12/21/2022, the employer exposed employees to 277-volt electrical shock hazards when they did not adequately ascertain that an employee could not contact any part of an energized electric power circuit.
