29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2):Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide. a) On or about July 20, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees were working from a metal bracket form scaffold platform that was less than 18 inches wide, exposing employees to falls and hazards associated with falls. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
