29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: (a)FIMCO, Inc. at 1000 Fimco Lane, North Sioux City, SD 57049: On or about and at times prior to January 31, 2022, the employer did not ensure that special tools or other means were utilized for placing and/or removing materials from the Trumpf V-100 Press Brake. This condition exposed the employee to danger zone hazards associated with bending product and "whip-up" and resulted in an amputation.
