29 CFR 1910.29(c): The employer did not ensure that each safety net system meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart M. a) At Atlanta Motor Speedway 1500 Tara Blvd. Hampton, GA on or about October 14, 2021, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30-foot to ground level, in that; the employer did not ensure an adequately sized airbag (safety net) was used and correctly positioned to protect the employee from contacting the lower ground level.
