29 CFR 1915.116(b): Loads were not safely rigged before being moved. Location: 100 Military Ocean Terminal Street Bayonne, NJ 07002 - Warehouse valve shop a) Employees exposed to crushing hazards while performing valve inspection and cleaning operations on a 30" Butterfly Valve, hoisted on a mobile gantry crane that rolled on an uneven work surface and fell. The incident occurred on or about 10/8/21.
