29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical exposure hazards while performing job related duties at the construction worksite. This was most recently documented on or about October 6, 2021 involving a jobsite located at 1221 N 170th St., Omaha Nebraska. Where the employer has employees pouring cementitious grout to fill the seams between the precast concrete slabs without ensuring the Safety Data Sheets are readily accessible.
