29 CFR 1926.200(b)(1): Danger signs (see Figure G-1) shall be used only where an immediate hazard exists. On or about 8/17/2021, at a worksite located at the Big Cypress Indian Reservation Sewage Canal Road: Latitude 26.328027, Longitude -80.89753, the employer did not post signs along a path of travel, which was partially blocked by pre-positioned drainage pipes, to warn equipment operators of the danger of a vehicle tipping over into a canal; thereby exposing employees to crushed-by and drowning hazards.
