29 CFR 1926.452(w)(5): Mobile scaffolds were not stabilized to prevent tipping during movement: "As referenced in 29CFR 1910.27(a)." a.) Champion Modular, Inc. //Rolling Platform Scaffold//- On or about 5/28/21, the scaffolding partially tipped over. After the scaffold tipped, techniques and measures were not utilized to stabilize the scaffold prior to trying to erect. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
