29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck: On or about March 27, 2021, an employee suffered a broken leg when scanning products from the operator's platform of a Yale Enclosed End Rider and the employer did not prohibit the operator from placing hands or legs outside the running lines of the powered industrial vehicle.
