29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment was not be loaded in excess of its recommended safe working load as prescribed on the identification markings by the manufacturer; and: (a) This violation occurred on or about December 30, 2020, at the job site located at 2601 Victory Ave., Dallas, TX; where employees working and installing a double channel steel column where exposed to a struck-by hazard.
