29 CFR 1910.269(l)(2)(i)(B): Installation, removal, or repair of de-energized lines if an employee is exposed to contact with other parts energized at more than 600 volts. At a site located at 1314 FM 1768, Olney, Texas; employees were assigned to cut PDP cables inside an energized power distribution panel rated at 690-volts. The employees were expose to arc flash hazards.
