29 CFR 1910.95(i)(4): The employer did not provide training in the use and care of all hearing protectors provided to employees. At the worksite located at Route 2, Box 475, Willow Springs, Missouri: Employees were exposed to hazards of permanent hearing loss in the employer did not train employees on use and care of their hearing protection. Employees had not been shown proper use of hearing protection to get the maximum intended benefit.
