29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): (a) At the job site located at 2800 Silver Star Rd Orlando, FL, employees performing cleaning were exposed to chemical burn hazards while using heavy duty cleaner, Quorum Brown, classified as corrosive.
