29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(9): Where employees must travel between workplaces during a workshift, the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets in each workplace or at the primary workplace facility where employees can immediately obtain information the required information in the case of an emergency: a) Blazer Waterproofing Systems Inc located at 1022 Eagles Nest Circle, Vail, CO 81657: On and preceding 9/4/19, the employer had not maintained the safety data sheet in each workplace or at the primary workplace facility where employees can immediately obtain information the required information in the case of an emergency. An employee was installing waterproofing insulation with a spray adhesive in a 7 foot concrete window well of a multi-family residential foundation with no means of egress and without ventilation equipment. A flash fire occurred due to an unknown ignition source. The employee had to self-extricate out of the well. This condition exposed employees to chemical and thermal hazards.
